Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. If something is not working for you, we want to hear about it.
Our approach
This site was built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the target. That includes keyboard navigation throughout, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for meaningful images, semantic headings and landmarks, sufficient color contrast, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site as we add content, and third-party components such as the MLS search and mapping tools are evaluated as they are updated.
Fair housing
We are committed to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, and we support affirmative advertising and marketing programs that remove barriers to obtaining housing.
Tell us about a problem
If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information in a different format, contact us and we will work to get you what you need.
